Pricing Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the sales team, the remote Pricing Coordinator will manage a high volume of deliverables, conduct claims analyses, and ensure client readiness through data-driven reporting and document management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver a high volume of sales materials that demonstrate the company's value proposition
• Collect, clean, and analyze large data files using standardized Excel templates
• Track and manage sales deliverables status in Salesforce while ensuring quality through an audit process

Required qualifications

• 1-2+ years of professional experience in a sales or customer support environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience with SQL and/or BI tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple work streams
• Experience in the software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is a plus
