Pricing Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Pricing to own the pricing strategy and algorithms for its business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth quantitative research into healthcare insurance markets and product history to determine optimal pricing strategy
• Manage pricing policies, including exceptions, concessions, and performance guarantees
• Build and maintain complex pricing models for SAAS and financial risk products

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, or startups
• Experience in building and maintaining complex data-driven models
• Ability to think in principles and frameworks for understanding complex problems
• Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment
• A desire to contribute to improving the U.S. healthcare system
