Pricing Director

Job Summary

To support extraordinary teams in building great products, the full-time remote Pricing Director will manage pricing strategy, commercial governance, and pricing analytics while collaborating across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the company's pricing strategy and governance framework
• Lead pricing reviews and develop recommendations based on market and financial analysis
• Drive deal review processes to improve pricing discipline and monitor price realization

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or related disciplines
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience in developing pricing strategies for complex B2B environments
• Strong financial and analytical acumen
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred
