Pricing Governance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Governance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Run Deal Desk operations and maintain pricing policies, approval matrices, and escalation thresholds
• Improve Deal Desk tooling and workflows to increase visibility, documentation quality, and turnaround time
• Lead pricing reviews for non-standard deals; coordinate approvals and ensure clear rationale and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in pricing, deal desk, revenue operations, finance, or commercial governance roles
• Experience building and improving pricing governance frameworks and documentation standards
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI (or similar) is a plus
• Strong business judgment and executive communication skills
