Pricing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Manager to lead a division of pricing operations for property insurance across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for rate-level decisions and the rate revision process for homeowners' products
• Collaborate with Property Pricing leaders to influence department processes and tools
• Oversee new hire onboarding and implementation of rate revisions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience, with at least two years in a leadership role
• OR a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience and two years in a leadership role
