Pricing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Manager responsible for managing the full lifecycle of pricing and cost analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor pricing staff, manage workloads, and ensure quality and compliance of pricing deliverables
• Develop compliant pricing and cost volumes for proposals, maintain complex cost models, and conduct financial analyses
• Support post-award financial analysis and contract compliance, including preparation of Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REAs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• 8-10+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or cost volume experience in federal contracting
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA, and DCMA standards
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and cost modeling
• Experience with IDIQ contracts and multi-year pricing strategies
