Pricing Manager

Job Summary

Pricing Manager leads financial analysis for customer contracts and pricing for key North American customers in a full-time remote position, focusing on deal structure, price/mix improvement, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of analysts while leading financial analysis for customer deals
• Collaborate with leadership to drive sales, exceed pricing targets, and ensure effective deal execution
• Work with the Global Pricing team to implement best practices and ensure timely customer pricing setup in SAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pricing and/or Financial Analysis
• Experience leading a team and managing customer P&Ls
• High proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with pricing software (e.g., Vistex, PriceFx, etc.) and SAP
• Value-add mindset with a track record of delivering results and process improvement
