Pricing Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for daily pricing support, the full-time salaried Pricing Manager will manage pricing for new and existing customers, develop pricing strategies, and oversee employee development and supervision while working remotely or from the Miami, FL location.

Key responsibilities

• Perform costing for new and existing customers and provide analytical support to senior management
• Plan staffing requirements, oversee employee training and development, and conduct performance appraisals
• Develop pricing strategies, guidelines, and tools for the field organization, including national lease rates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 6 years or more of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of RDL and CLS businesses and operations
• Technical proficiency in Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Financial Reporting
• Master's Degree in MBA is preferred
