Pricing Manager

Job Summary

To support the proposal development process, the full-time Pricing Manager will manage the pricing component using economic analysis and operational data, focusing on creating competitive and profitable bid pricing while collaborating with various departments in a hybrid remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare competitive pricing components for Requests for Proposals in collaboration with the Business Development team
• Maintain and update the Bid Model for contract pricing and assist in negotiations for new and renewed business contracts
• Conduct financial analysis and provide scenario and sensitivity analysis for pricing requests, ensuring alignment with corporate and client objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of progressive experience in Transportation or related fields, with knowledge of Transit and Rail business models preferred
• Strong understanding of financial ratios and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel for data manipulation
• Willingness to accommodate changing client requests, including last-minute and weekend work as needed
