Pricing Manager

Job Summary

Driving growth and market expansion, the full-time Pricing Manager will execute complex pricing tasks, lead the pricing team, and develop pricing strategies while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pricing execution and workload across the pricing function
• Establish pricing standards and governance to ensure consistency and margin discipline
• Collaborate with product teams and senior leadership to develop differentiated pricing strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
• Experience in pricing, analytics, or commercial functions within healthcare technology or related fields
• Ability to translate healthcare market dynamics into pricing recommendations
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce/Apttus/Power BI is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
