Pricing Process Improvement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Process Improvement Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize the workflow of the Pricing Predictive Analytics team for operational effectiveness
• Map the operational lifecycle to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Implement an Azure DevOps board for backlog management and real-time KPI visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas
• 4+ years of experience in project and process management within P&C insurance, preferably in pricing or regulatory filing operations
• Deep understanding of operational workflows supporting predictive modeling and filing teams
• Experience in Agile Project Management using Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Familiarity with insurance pricing operations and objection handling workflows is preferred
