Pricing Process Improvement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Process Improvement Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize the workflow of the Pricing Predictive Analytics team for operational effectiveness
• Map the operational lifecycle to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Implement an Azure DevOps board for backlog management, sprint planning, and real-time KPI tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas
• 4+ years of project and process management experience, preferably in P&C insurance pricing or regulatory filing operations
• Deep understanding of operational workflows supporting predictive modeling and filing teams
• Experience with Agile Project Management and Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Ability to create operational dashboards and documentation such as role charters and process playbooks
