Pricing Process Improvement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Process Improvement Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize the workflow of the Pricing Predictive Analytics team to enhance operational effectiveness
• Implement and manage an Azure DevOps board for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and capacity tracking
• Develop operational process playbooks and define staffing models to improve efficiency in filing and objection handling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in project and process management within P&C insurance, preferably in pricing or regulatory filing operations
• Strong understanding of operational workflows supporting predictive modeling and filing teams
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management and tools like Azure DevOps
• Proficient in building operational dashboards and documentation for processes and roles
