• Ensure accuracy of repricing and claim disputes, including contacting providers for necessary information
• Participate in quality assurance efforts to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a medical field or call center
• Proficient in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office products
• Experience with complex computer programs
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
