Pricing Strategy Associate Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic pricing partner to Product Managers, the full-time remote Pricing Strategy Associate Manager will manage pricing proposals, provide analytical support, and ensure alignment with pricing best practices across the AI and Contact Center software portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers to enhance pricing and packaging recommendations through expert analysis and structured feedback
• Coordinate Pricing Committee activities and maintain comprehensive pricing documentation as a source of truth
• Support the development of pricing analytics and conduct strategic pricing research to monitor market trends

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, strategy & ops, management consulting, FP&A, or related analytical roles in B2B SaaS
• Strong command of SaaS pricing best practices, including model design and monetization strategy
• Proficiency in building financial models and translating data into actionable business insights
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage competing priorities effectively
• Highly organized self-starter with experience managing a high-volume workload independently
