Pricing Strategy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Pricing to lead the design and execution of innovative pricing models for patient support services and affordability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve pricing strategies for HUB services and patient support programs
• Build and oversee complex financial models and ensure pricing strategies reflect market realities
• Translate data into actionable pricing insights and implement technology-enabled pricing solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in pricing, financial strategy, consulting, or market access (healthcare/pharma preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and execute hands-on modeling and analysis
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling (Excel required; experience with scalable solutions preferred)
• Strong understanding of patient support services, HUB models, and affordability programs preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, etc.) preferred
