Job Summary
Collaborating closely with Sales and Proposals teams, the remote Pricing Strategy Director will craft compelling PBM offers for large enterprise clients, conduct pricing analyses, and generate client-ready materials while driving SmithRx's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct repricing and member experience analyses of prospect data
- Compose compelling offers for large employers and generate pricing responses for RFP platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine pricing strategies and assess risks associated with different approaches
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in pharmacy benefits RFPs, contracts, and AWP discount pricing
- Experience analyzing historical claims data to manage risk through repricing and trend analyses
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce, Box, Google Suite, or similar tools
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quantifiable business impact in strategic and operational roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with a low ego, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
