Pricing Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Strategy Manager responsible for overseeing pricing governance and deal structuring for PBM client contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the review, structuring, and approval of complex PBM client deals, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and financial targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess deal profitability, risk exposure, and contract alignment
• Manage the deal desk workflow, track deal metrics, and identify process improvements for efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal approvals
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel required)
• 5+ years of experience in PBM pricing, underwriting, finance, or deal desk functions (preferred)
• Strong understanding of PBM financial models, rebates, guarantees, and client contracting (preferred)
