Pricing Strategy Managing Director

Job Summary

Leading pricing strategy and execution engagements, the full-time Managing Director will oversee pricing diagnostics, architecture design, and methodology development while working in a hybrid environment with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing diagnostics, including price realization analysis and willingness-to-pay research
• Design and implement pricing architecture, such as value-based pricing models and trade promotion management
• Build and refine pricing methodology collateral for business development efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years in strategy consulting with a focus on pricing strategy and execution
• Direct experience at a top-tier strategy firm with a proven track record in pricing engagements
• Quantifiable impact on EBITDA/margin from previous pricing work
• Experience with or advising private equity-backed companies preferred
• Fluency in Excel/SQL for building pricing analytics; exposure to pricing software is a plus
