Pricing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Supervisor or Associate Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing work for the property product and ensure adequate pricing
• Manage team development and modernize pricing approaches and processes
• Lead recommendations and implementations related to product design and rate levels

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience
• Experience in pricing supervision and/or property product knowledge
• Strong desire and capability to develop people and drive results
