Pricing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Supervisor or Associate Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the pricing work for the auto product and manage team development
• Ensure adequate pricing of the auto product and modernize pricing approaches and processes
• Oversee recommendations and implementations related to product design, rating factor relativities, and rate levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, mathematics, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience
• Pricing experience and/or product knowledge of personal lines auto is preferred
• Strong desire to develop people and drive results in an inclusive work environment
