Pricing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Supervisor or Associate Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of pricing work for the small business owners product
• Manage team development and ensure adequate pricing for products
• Coordinate recommendations for product design, rating factor relativities, and rate levels

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field with at least three years of relevant experience
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience
• Pricing experience and/or product knowledge
• Strong desire and capability to develop people and drive results
