Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting outcomes for primary care and clinical research roles
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to engage physicians and clinical leaders
• Deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven candidate experience and provide market insights to hiring leaders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience recruiting Primary Care MDs, DOs, PAs, and NPs
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority roles effectively
• Strong sourcing and diversity recruiting strategies
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset who takes ownership and drives results
