Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Research Analyst to join their Insights & Strategy Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end survey-based research and campaign measurement, including survey development, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Clean and analyze survey data using tools like SPSS, R, or Excel; assist in developing clear reports and presenting findings
• Track project progress and contribute to operational improvements and knowledge systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Marketing, Statistics)
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role with ownership of research projects
• Familiarity with survey tools such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey
• Experience with data analysis tools like SPSS, R, Excel, and data visualization software
• Proven ability to create presentations or reports to communicate data and insights
