Prime Sales Trader

Job Summary

To support a growing institutional trading team, the full-time Prime Sales Trader will drive trading volume and deepen counterparty relationships while providing best-in-class execution and liquidity solutions to sophisticated institutional clients in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive increased trading volume by understanding clients' liquidity needs and providing real-time execution support
• Build and maintain trusted counterparty relationships through quality execution and consistent service delivery
• Partner with internal teams to identify and onboard new client relationships, surfacing business opportunities across Coinbase's institutional product suite

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales and/or trading experience in digital assets, FX, equities, credit, or derivatives at a top-tier institution
• Strong options trading capability, including pricing, hedging, and risk management of vanilla and/or exotic structures
• Proven ability to build and maintain counterparty relationships with institutional clients
• Experience producing institutional-grade market commentary or client communications covering macro or digital asset themes
• Weekend availability required, as this role operates on a schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday
