Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Account Manager to manage strategic customer relationships in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring retention, growth, and customer success
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers to drive loyalty and advocacy
- Lead complex initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Account Management experience in the SaaS industry
- 3+ years in a Strategic Account Manager or Principal Account Manager role with $1M+ ARR relationships
- Proven success with global enterprise customers in a reseller or channel context
- Experience with data analytics and decision-making to improve account performance
- Exposure to structured sales methodologies applicable to customer value enhancement
