Principal Actuarial Data Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative data solutions, the full-time Principal Actuarial Data Systems Analyst will deliver technical data support for Actuarial financial data systems, manage data marts, and perform complex financial analyses, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complex decision support data solutions and manage the entire development life cycle
• Perform monthly data refreshes, validations, and quality assurance checks to support executive financial reporting
• Establish vendor and interdepartmental relationships to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of SQL Development/Analysis experience (highly preferred)
• Experience with medical claims and Pharmacy/medical rebate data (highly preferred)
• Experience leading project teams and familiarity with Snowflake or AWS cloud environments is a plus
