Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Advanced Support Engineer - Database.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high quality technical services to customers
Proactively foresee customer needs and provide better support
Lead and resolve customer requests according to product strategy

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator/Support Engineer
Strong hands-on work experience with Oracle Database administration in on-prem and Cloud environments
Experience with RAC, DB/SQL performance tuning, patching, installs/upgrades, high availability, and backup/recovery
Strong knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and/or Windows
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
