Job Summary

As a Principal Advisor in C1 Capabilities, the part-time position will provide expert guidance and strategic direction to enhance customer engagement through advanced technology solutions, while collaborating with internal teams and mentoring staff in a virtual office environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a thought leader by contributing to content such as whitepapers and webinars, showcasing expertise in advanced solutions
  • Consult on complex solution designs and provide tailored customer experience strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for customer experience solution matters
Required qualifications
  • Comprehensive technical abilities across various service models and deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Extensive experience in enterprise-level projects and strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders and build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Certifications or equivalent experience in relevant areas of focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to work independently in a virtual office environment
