Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work From Home Principal Agency Liaison Coordinator in Repo Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for external vendors, managing and resolving daily metrics and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Provide training and presentations to the team and management regarding daily functions and issue remediation efforts
  • Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations and assist in the vendor onboarding process
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 2 years of auto finance experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Experience in risk management or working with third-party vendors is preferred
