Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Agent Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Design the Agent Interface Layer, focusing on machine-operable substrate and communication clarity
Lead the AX design lifecycle, establishing operability gates and evaluation frameworks for agent workflows
Bridge UX, UAX, and AX by designing dual-layer journey maps and defining trust operating models

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or related design disciplines
Demonstrated experience designing for complex B2B SaaS or platform products
Strong foundation in systems thinking, information architecture, and semantic design
Experience in building operating models and leading cross-functional teams
Expert in modern design tools like Figma and knowledge of the full design lifecycle
