Principal Agent Experience Designer

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of design for AI agents, the full-time remote Principal Agent Experience Designer will define and develop the agent interface layer, manage the AX design lifecycle, and bridge traditional UX with agent-centric design principles while mentoring a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the agent interface layer to ensure clear communication between agents and systems
• Own the end-to-end AX design process, establishing operability gates and evaluation frameworks
• Bridge UX, UAX, and AX by creating dual-layer journey maps and defining trust operating models

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or related design disciplines
• Demonstrated experience designing for complex B2B SaaS or platform products
• Strong foundation in systems thinking, information architecture, and semantic design
• Experience with the full design lifecycle in Agile environments
• Expert in modern design tools such as Figma and knowledge of agentic design principles
