Principal Agentic AI Engineer

Job Summary

As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Principal Agentic AI Engineer will own the development of production-grade agentic AI solutions, evangelize low-code development across the organization, and establish governance standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom agentic applications on Azure AI Foundry and extend capabilities in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Design and deliver training for citizen developers, enabling them to build and manage their own AI agents
• Implement governance standards and quality controls for both pro-code and citizen-built agents to ensure compliance and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience (12+ years for Principal level), with a focus on AI/ML systems
• Deep expertise in Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, including pro-code extensions and custom application development
• Proficiency in additional agent frameworks beyond Microsoft, such as LangChain or AutoGen
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in TypeScript, Python, or C#
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
