Principal Agentic AI Engineer

Job Summary

As the deputy to the practice owner, the full-time remote Principal Agentic AI Engineer will manage technical direction, shape and close opportunities, and prototype agentic AI solutions for Department of War, Federal Civilian, and Intelligence Community customers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the practice owner in customer and internal settings, driving technical and commercial direction
• Lead the technical narrative throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from qualification to close, and deliver demonstrations of agentic software engineering platforms
• Prototype and validate agentic AI solutions hands-on, ensuring feasibility and risk mitigation before customer commitments

Required qualifications

• Active U.S. Government security clearance, Secret minimum, with Top Secret and SCI eligibility preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• At least eight years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture at a strategic level
• Demonstrated experience with agentic AI tooling and the ability to build and demo solutions personally
• Proven success in technical sales within high-security and compliance-driven environments
