Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Agile Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide project teams throughout the project life cycle, ensuring successful delivery
- Coach and mentor teams on Scrum/Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a four-year college degree +10 years of experience in an applicable field or an advanced degree +5 years of related experience
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, iterative development, and continuous improvement
- Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills, promoting collaboration and self-organization
- Advanced risk management expertise and ability to navigate challenges with resilience
