Principal AI Advisor

Job Summary

To support a greenfield AI initiative, the full-time Principal AI Advisor will establish governance frameworks, design scalable AI solutions, and serve as a technical consultant, working remotely while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance frameworks and guardrails for AI integration across the development lifecycle
• Design and implement AI layers to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Act as a technical advisor and consultant to stakeholders while contributing hands-on to architecture and development of AI-driven solutions

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a senior individual contributor at the Principal/Distinguished level
• Recent hands-on experience (3-5+ years) implementing AI tools and solutions
• Experience with RAG workflows (e.g., LangChain or similar frameworks)
• Proven ability to remain hands-on while operating at a strategic level
• Excellent communication skills with a strong consultative approach
