A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to redefine tax technology through Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance GenAI and agentic systems
• Define the AI strategy and lead multiple engineering pods while mentoring senior talent
• Establish benchmarks and ensure production-grade reliability for AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 13+ years in software/technology with significant production-level GenAI experience
• Bachelor's degree required; BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred
• Expert-level Python and fluency with Spark
• Proven track record of delivering modular multi-agent systems with dynamic tool integration
• Mastery of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and data lakehouse patterns
