Principal AI Architect
Job Summary
Leading the technical implementation of AI capabilities, the full-time Principal AI Architect will work remotely to bridge the gap between emerging AI innovations and customer value realization, partnering with customers and internal teams to drive AI adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead hands-on technical implementation of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including configuration and integration
- Deliver technical demonstrations and workshops to showcase ServiceNow's AI portfolio
- Collaborate with customers to pilot and scale emerging AI technologies, transforming concepts into successful implementations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technology implementation, architecture, consulting, or solution delivery experience
- Experience advising customers on complex technology initiatives and translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience or 5+ years in AI and related technology domains
- Willingness to obtain ServiceNow platform certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) within the first year
