Principal AI Business Partner
Job Summary
To support the evolution of a technology-enabled services business into an AI-enabled solutions company, the full-time Principal AI Business Partner will manage AI product lifecycles, partner with functional leaders to identify AI opportunities, and foster an AI-first culture while working remotely with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with functional leaders to explore business processes and identify AI deployment opportunities
- Manage the full product lifecycle of internal AI solutions, from business case development to implementation and growth
- Design and implement practical AI solutions and coach employees on effective AI usage and solution design
Required qualifications
- Background in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in internal consulting, product management, or technology enablement
- Hands-on experience architecting and delivering AI solutions, including large language models and AI agents
- Business acumen in process analysis and operational improvement, ideally with Lean or Lean Six Sigma experience
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills
