Principal AI Developer Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Developer Experience Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the AI engineering layer for enterprise-grade AI coding assistants and LLM platforms
• Define and maintain AI coding standards and ensure compliance with security and governance requirements
• Lead the integration of AI-driven code review tools and drive developer adoption of AI tooling

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or infrastructure engineering, with experience in large product organizations
• 3+ years designing and shipping LLM-powered developer tools or workflows in production
• Deep understanding of LLM context window design and prompt engineering at scale
• Hands-on experience with AST-based code analysis and CI/CD systems
• Proven ability to act as a technical leader and mentor across product and technology teams
