Principal AI Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Operational Excellence and AI Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the co-design of an AI-enabled HR operating model across the employee lifecycle
• Design integrated employee journeys that connect processes and platforms for a seamless experience
• Advise HR leaders on AI and automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience

Required Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of experience in HR operations, service delivery design, or enterprise workflow architecture
• Demonstrated success in redesigning end-to-end processes in technology-enabled environments
• Deep experience with enterprise platforms like Workday and ServiceNow
• Experience embedding automation and AI into operational processes
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
