Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Science; Master's or PhD preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, with 3+ years in R&D and 2+ years mentoring junior data scientists
• Mastery of data mining, model building, algorithms, and statistical techniques
• Proficiency in Python and generative AI technologies preferred
• Preferred experience in healthcare and process optimization
