Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-first features and system components across various platforms
• Coach and mentor engineering teams on AI-first development practices and automation strategies
• Collaborate with business teams to identify AI-driven automation opportunities and translate needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Principal Engineer or in a senior technical role
• Proficiency with .NET, databases, and modern dynamic languages (Python, Node.js, Ruby)
• Experience with LLM integrations and AI orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience is accepted
