Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Engineer to serve as a remote technical lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural evolution of the AI Coach to create a holistic health and fitness ecosystem
• Engineer high-fidelity consumer experiences through nuanced, hyper-personalized AI interactions
• Drive organizational excellence by partnering with leadership to foster innovation and technical standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior-level engineering and AI experience, focusing on large-scale systems
• Deep mastery of Agentic AI frameworks and experience in deploying mission-critical applications
• Expertise in production-level Python and/or TypeScript development
• Experience in scaling multi-agent architectures for high-concurrency production loads
• Proven ability in rapid prototyping while maintaining system integrity
