Principal AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Engineer to lead the development and implementation of enterprise AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of LLM-enabled analytics capabilities using Snowflake and Cortex AI features
• Develop natural language-to-SQL solutions for business users to query enterprise data
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design semantic data models for AI-driven query generation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data, analytics, engineering, or applied AI roles
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong understanding of modern data warehouse architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and tools such as DBT, Microsoft 365, Workday, or Salesforce
• Demonstrated experience building or prototyping AI/LLM-driven solutions in enterprise environments
