Principal AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Engineer to lead the development of an internal AI products function.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build an enterprise knowledge graph platform to connect organizational knowledge
• Design and deploy custom AI agents to automate complex knowledge work across various functions
• Partner with C-suite leaders to translate business needs into AI solutions and define a rollout strategy

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or technology leadership
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformations and adopting AI systems
• Deep expertise in knowledge management systems and knowledge graphs
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, and/or TypeScript for building applications and AI pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
