Principal AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Engineer to lead the development of an enterprise knowledge platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build an enterprise knowledge graph platform that captures and connects organizational knowledge
• Design and deploy custom AI agents to automate knowledge work across various departments
• Partner with C-suite leaders to translate business needs into AI solutions and scale the platform across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or technology leadership
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformations and implementing knowledge management systems
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, and/or TypeScript for building applications
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and integrating AI systems with external platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
