Job Summary

Driving innovation in AI strategies, the full-time Principal AI Engineer will lead the development and implementation of advanced AI models and systems, focusing on Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic direction for ML, NLP, and algorithm development within an AI ML team
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into operational workflows
• Stay updated on AI advancements to guide initiatives and promote ethical AI practices across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying AI solutions that drive business impact
• 5+ years of project leadership experience, including Agile project management
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks, programming languages like Python, and cloud platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on AI/ML techniques and ethical considerations in AI systems
