Job Summary

Serving as the technical lead for AI initiatives, the full-time Principal AI Engineer will own the execution and delivery timelines of AI solutions, architect scalable systems, and act as a trusted partner across various teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery and architecture of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Design and implement scalable AI solutions, guiding their deployment into production
• Mentor engineers and establish AI engineering standards, promoting responsible AI practices across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of progressive software, data, or AI/ML engineering experience
• 4+ years in a lead or senior engineering role focused on mentoring engineers
• 3+ years of hands-on machine learning or AI engineering experience
• Proven experience in architecting solutions across multiple technical domains, including APIs and microservices
