Principal AI Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and integration of intelligent agents, the full-time remote Principal AI Engineer will orchestrate complex workflows, ensuring responsible AI practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and integrate foundational AI models into production-grade software, ensuring data privacy and reliability
• Oversee the design and experimentation of multi-agent frameworks and AI orchestration architectures
• Optimize application performance by addressing constraints such as latency and user experience in AI-driven products

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed systems and cloud computing, including 2+ years in production-grade LLM systems
• 3+ years of experience integrating large models and modern AI APIs into enterprise products
• 6+ years of experience optimizing application performance, particularly in relation to modern LLM constraints
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's preferred
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and steering the product development lifecycle
